Style Superstar: Rose Byrne Is The Cream Of The Crop

After a long, cold year full of sleek leather looks, Hollywood's most stylish ladies are finally lightening up on the red carpet—including this week's Style Superstar, the lovely, leggy Rose Byrne. In a blushy cream-colored look at the L.A. premiere of "The Internship," we're thinking it's time she was offered a permanent position as a full-time fashionista, no?

Mesh dresses are seriously hot right now, and Rose's Emilio Pucci number is right on trend without falling into any of the look's unfortunate traps (read: unfavorable comparisons to 1990s prom looks and/or figure skating costumes). The swiss-dot print and artful folding make for a delicate but structured overlay to this simple dress, and Rose's soft waves and neutral makeup are a winning combination: classic, sophisticated and effortlessly feminine.

Also making its red-carpet premiere this week: "The East," an intelligence thriller that's one of this year's most-anticipated movies. But while there's tons of positive buzz for this film, it doesn't extend to star Brit Marling's various premiere outfits—and particularly not this one, which is odd and dumpy and almost comically unflattering. The bizarre silhouette, the silly short sleeves, the cinched ankles...it boggles the stylish mind, y'all. Brit is so beautiful! Why is she wearing this? No, really: We require an explanation.

What do you think of this week's best- and worst-dressed ladies?
