Actor, singer, dancer and soon-to-be author? The term "triple threat" does not even begin to describe the talented Lea Michele! The "Glee" actress has teamed up with Harmony Books, imprint of Random House’s Crow Publishing Group, to write her first book, the New York Times reports.
"Brunette Ambition," appropriately titled, is set to hit bookstores next spring. The book will be “part memoir, part how-to and part style guide” detailing Michele’s life "from normal Bronx-born schoolgirl to Broadway child star to lead actress in one of the most popular shows on television," according to the report.
Michele will join the ranks of fellow “Glee” stars/writers Jenna Ushkowitz, author of guidebook "Choosing Glee: 10 Rules to Finding Inspiration, Happiness and the Real You," and Chris Colfer, author of the "The Land of Stories: The Wishing Spell" and "The Land of Stories: The Enchantress Returns," out this August. "Glee" book club, anyone?
Michele said in a statement to expect "a guide to harnessing tenacity, passion, enthusiasm, and hard work to make your dreams come true.”
So if you’re looking to stay as gold-star worthy as Rachel Berry, be sure to put "Brunette Ambition" on your spring 2014 reading list.
