Anybody can record a great a capella performance, but to do it live, in front of millions? The cast of "Pitch Perfect" proved why they deserved the award for Best Musical Performance, hitting all the right notes when they opened the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday.
There weren't any dinosaurs, and Blue Ivy did NOT perform as promised, but there was plenty of fire as the Barden Bellas and Treblemakers reunited to put their spin on Miley Cyrus' "The Climb," Eminem's "Lose Yourself," Alicia Keys' "Girl on Fire" and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis' "Thrift Shop."
Show host Rebel Wilson donned a saucy leather costume and did some badass nunchuck work, while getting backup from Skylar Astin, Anna Camp, Ester Dean, Alexis Knapp, Hana Mae Lee, Ben Platt, Brittany Snow and Utkarsh Ambudkar. Check the performance here now!
