We already know that Niall Horan is likely to show up shirtless in the One Direction 3-D flick, "This Is Us," and now it seems like he’ll be missing something else at the film's premiere in August.
On Wednesday, the towheaded heartthrob confirmed that his braces are finally off! He even treated fans to some before and after pics of the dental work.
In the hours leading up to the reveal of his straight chompers, the 19-year-old expressed hope that he would soon be braces-less. He wrote (with very enthusiastic punctuation), “Morning. ! This is it ! I'm goin to the dentist! I think this is my last hour with braces! Oh how I'm gona miss them ! Naaaaaaat !”
We just want to wish young Niall a big congrats on this personal life milestone. He has the day off in between shows at London’s 02 Arena for the band’s massive Take Me Home world tour. May we suggest he spend the day traveling around London eating all the foods he couldn’t enjoy with his braces on?
The same day Niall revealed his new look, director Morgan Spurlock teased in a Twitter Q&A that fans will get to go up close and personal with the fivesome...and Japanese robots. Yes, you read that right.
"We had some hilarious moments while filming in Japan," he said. "It was the band's first time there, and they were in awe of that city, and ROBOTS! Working with the band has been a real thrill. We've had some incredible moments both at their homes and on the road."
The movie opens on August 30. The guys will be on tour abroad through the spring before they bring the trek stateside in June.
