Hugh Jackman Will Show You How To Wolverine

Hugh Jackman might have earned an Oscar nomination for his work in "Les Miserables," but let's be real: All that serious acting stuff was just a silly distraction from his true calling, his raison d'etre, which is, of course, slicing and dicing his enemies into tiny little pieces as the unstoppable "X-Men" mutant, Wolverine. And when Hugh stopped by MTV's studios for a special visit in advance of the MTV Movie Awards, nobody was asking for instructions in the exquisite art of Jean Valjean-ing. NOOOOO. What we want to know is, how do you do the Wolverine voice?

Fortunately, Hugh was all too happy to give our Josh Horowitz a lesson in James "Logan" Howlett's trademark tough-guy growl—which, as you can see in this week's episode of After Hours, is useful in a variety of everyday scenarios, from coming up short on your body wash coupons to procuring red velvet cupcakes from a recalcitrant baker. (Also, it's too fun watching Hugh go from happy-go-lucky Australian friendlyguy to angry American action hero just like... *snaps*... that.)

Will Jennifer Lawrence get her silver lining in the form of a Golden Popcorn? Which beefcake will sizzle in our brand-new Best Shirtless Performance category? It's up to you to decide the winners of the 2013 MTV Movie Awards! Vote now, and tune in Sunday, April 14 at 9 p.m. ET, as star Rebel Wilson takes the stage at the Sony Pictures Studios lot in Culver City, California.
