James Franco, Ashley Benson Parody ‘Spring Breakers’ Co-Star Selena Gomez

by Driadonna Roland

James Franco and Ashley Benson may or may not be a thing, but they sure like to act like this other celeb couple we know. Or, ex-couple, which could be a bad sign. Anywho, James and Ashley are at it again, dropping a second ridiculously silly music video parody.

We’re hoping their “Spring Breakers” co-star Selena Gomez has a great sense of humor because James and Ashley take on Selena’s hit “Love You Like a Love Song.” This is after they lampooned Justin Beiber’s “Boyfriend” video in January, which mysteriously disappeared from James’ WhoSay page, but is conveniently available here.

Popping up in a pink ski mask, James intros the new video, saying, “Yo, here’s a song from one of my favorite young singers, my co-star, young Selena Gomez. Remix.”

It’s technically just a lip-synch, not a remix, but James, we forgive you. By the looks of it, he wasn’t quite sure what the hell was going on while this thing was being filmed. Here are the highlights: James is in drag. That part we don’t get. But then James does his Beiber impression, which is funny again. We’re thinking it must be a young Beiber, though, because this one has on a hoodie, sideways cap and bangs, which was sooo 2011.

Oh yeah, there’s a girl in there too.
