They might be small-screen stars, but this week's Style Superstar featurees took some big, bold risks with their outfits this week, combining bright colors and wild patterns to create two amazingly eye-catching looks. Whose slanted take on the mod era won us over? And whose ensemble nearly drove us mad? Check it!
AnnaSophia Robb doesn't just play a Style Superstar on TV; the "Carrie Diaries" actress also bowled us over off-set with this diagonal stripe leather shift dress from Alice + Olivia at the Broadway opening for "Breakfast at Tiffany's." Carrie Bradshaw would definitely approve of this fun, flattering look—especially the surprise pops of color from her pink suede heels and green bag.
Also playing with a bright-colored palette this week was Jessica Paré, who held nothing back at the "Mad Men" season six premiere in L.A. this week. The actress took her entire look straight off the Prabal Gurung runway, pairing chunky black and white heels with her satin sheath dress—daring, but nothing less than we'd expect from the new Mrs. Don Draper! The only thing that keeps us from loving this look unreservedly: the mid-length hem cuts off the line of her leg at the least flattering place possible. An inch or two shorter, and it would've been perfect.
What do you think of this week's best- and worst-dressed starlets?
