When "Glee" creator Ryan Murphy joined Twitter on Monday, it was the best thing that could have happened to our feed. He's been tweeting non-stop with pictures and scoop from the sets of his shows (which also include "American Horror Story" and "The New Normal"). Yesterday he gave us some very insider news on Sarah Jessica Parker's multi-episode arc on the upcoming season of "Glee" when he tweeted, "Guess who's helping us with Sarah Jessica Parker's costumes on GLEE? The amazing Anna Wintour!"
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Sarah Jessica will join the cast as someone from Vogue (Carrie Bradshaw would be so proud!), so it's fitting that the famed editrix herself has a say in how the fashion magazine is represented on the show. Since we know SJP will be a mentor to Gleeks in New York, that must mean she'll be supervisor to fashion-obsessed Kurt Hummel (Chris Colfer) while he's at Vogue.com (yet another scoop Ryan tweeted!)...right?
This new piece of information is just enough to tide us over until Ryan tweets pictures from the set when the actress reports for duty. We're already dreaming of Lea Michele-Kate Hudson dance numbers after he tweeted a pic of them at NYADA.
"Glee" returns for its fourth season on September 13.
Are you so excited for SJP's guest turn? Tell us in the comments and on Twitter!
