E! Online reports the 29-year-old actor proposed to longtime girlfriend Angela Stacy while they were on vacation--in Paris! Comme c'est mignon! (According to Google, that means "how cute!" in French. Hopefully.) Angela of course said yes, and how could she not? Matt popped the question with a 4.2-carat diamond on a diamond band. Talk about a bling ring!

A friend of the couple told E! News, "They are perfect for each other." Sigh.

Pending nuptials aside, Matt's next on-screen project is "Liars All," in which the star ditches Beverly Hills and heads to foggy Londontown. The psychological thriller follows a group of friends on New Year's Eve when a provocative game of Truth or Dare gets out of hand and leads to a murder--yikes!
