Emma Watson Appreciates Fan Support At Movie Awards

It was a big night for Emma Watson at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards. Not only did she debut the trailer for "The Perks of Being a Wallflower," but it was the last time "Harry Potter" could take home the Golden Popcorn. While she didn't win an award for Best Female Performance (that went to Jennifer Lawrence for her role as Katniss), Emma did accept the award for Best Cast on behalf of all the people with screen time in the magical franchise.

"I don't think I will ever accept an award on behalf of so many people," she said during her acceptance speech. "From Ralph Fiennes to Helena Bonham Carter to Hedwig and Dobby and all of them, this is amazing. We had over 200 cast members and I wish they could all be up here with me now. Sadly. they can't. Obviously I share this award in particular with Daniel [Radcliffe] and Rupert [Grint]. Wherever you are, I hope you're watching, and I miss you both dearly. Just, thank you. I really, really appreciate it."

Tom Felton, the mischievous Draco Malfoy, also tweeted his appreciation upon hearing the news, writing, "I wish I could of been there to thank you all properly after hearing about it now. Nevertheless thank you so much. We are all very lucky cast.

"I know if Dan and Rups and I could of been there we would of but know we love you," he added. "Sending bundles of thank u hugs from Budapest to u all."
