For starters: the action begins on the pre-show red carpet with singer/songwriter/actress/general-icon-of-fabulousness Kat Graham, who'll be eyeing the fashion parade as MTV's Style Correspondent. And speaking of style, the Panem Capitol's favorite fashionista will be joining us for a very special "Hunger Games" feature, with Elizabeth Banks making a cameo appearance in a brand new After Hours goof-around with MTV News' Josh Horowitz (where she may or may not point out that SOMETHING is MAHOGANY.)

And that's not all: Before this year's award winners get their coveted Golden Popcorn, two unsuspecting celebs are getting pre-show pranked, with a new episode of "Punk'd" coordinated by Ashton Kutcher himself and targeting Kim Kardashian and Drake for a masterful punking--which will debut during the Punk'd Pre-Party at 8 p.m. ET on MTV.
