A lot of people feel sad and gloomy on rainy days, but we kind of enjoy them. It's a nice excuse to lounge around in yoga pants, drink lots of tea and have a British miniseries marathon or read a good book that's been collecting dust on our shelf. It's also the perfect time to take on a craft project, like Emmy Rossum!
Just made this DIY ornamental hair pin. For rainy day fun. Random charm, Bobbie pin, glue gun.... instagr.am/p/KLX0rlI9Ug/— Emmy Rossum (@emmyrossum) May 3, 2012
Emmy put together this chic one-of-a-kind hair pin. With only three key supplies—it's inexpensive (she bought the dove charm for $3!), simple to make and looks cute with any hairstyle. You can wear one to keep your bangs out of your face or it can be the perfect addition to a classy up-do. The possibilities are endless, ladies!
Not only is Emmy having fun today with some DIY projects, but she also reached over 200,000 Twitter followers! As a fun treat, she posted a special video: "Just made this video to say thanks for getting me to 200k!! Here's a little tour of my office #yay200kay twitvid.com/M6KLT." She's home right now for a little break from filming "Beautiful Creatures" in New Orleans.
Congratulations, Emmy and Tweet Dreams!
