Ethan Peck, Sean Patrick Thomas Are Part Of 'The Selection'

If you're craving a little something to satisfy your dystopian drama-cravings while waiting for That Movie Which Shall Not Be Named to hit theaters, here's a double hit of delicious gossip for ya: The Hollywood Reporter just hooked us up with the news that "The Selection," the upcoming CW pilot about 35 impoverished girls in a state-sponsored competition to win the heart of a prince (Think "Flavor of Love," only without the Flav), has landed both a hot leading man and one seriously sexy supporting actor.

First up: Ethan Peck, formerly of "10 Things I Hate About You," will be playing the role of the handsome Prince Maxon—the prize of whichever girl is lucky enough to be "selected," and whose royal treatment might just sway heroine America Singer (Aimee Teegarden) from her devotion to her forbidden lover from a lower caste.

And the gorgeousness doesn't stop there: The pilot has also picked up Sean Patrick Thomas, who'll be playing an adviser to the current queen and etiquette coach to the new crop of would-be selectees. And considering that we remember Sean best from his ultra-crushworthy turn as Julia Stiles' pal in "Save the Last Dance," where he instructed her in the Ancient Art of Getting Crunk, we won't be at all surprised if at least one of the "Selection" contestants ends up asking for some, er, special one-on-one instruction in the ways of the royal court.

What do you think of these new additions to "The Selection"?
