Chris Pine Declares 'This Means War' As This Week's Hump Day Hottie

Chris Pine's baby blues can look deep into our souls any day of the week. And this week they will once again grace the big screen in the action-packed rom-com, "This Means War." Sure, we could never pick between Tom Hardy and Chris, if we ever actually had to, but we were able to pull the trigger and name one of them this week’s Hump Day Hottie. So, congrats Chris! And, Tom, you can cry on our shoulder any time you want.

Check out this dreamy photo of Chris and keep reading for more details about him!

Vital stats: 31-year-old Chris grew up in sunny Los Angeles. His family was always heavily involved in Hollywood, as actors and industry folks (his dad, Robert Pine, starred on the '70s series "CHiPs"). Chris attended University of California, Berkeley, where he studied English, and spent a year abroad at the University of Leeds in England. He's cultured!

Where you might have already seen him: Chris has done a bit of everything over the course of his career. His film credits include "The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement," "Just My Luck," "Star Trek" and "Unstoppable."

Why you should take notice of him now: This week he faces off against Tom to try and win the affections of Reese Witherspoon in "This Means War," where they play friends and CIA agents who discover they've been dating the same woman. Action movie antics soon ensue, and Reese is left having to pick one of them. Gee, what a hard life she leads!

"This is my love triangle period," Reese joked about having the two guys vying for her love in the film, out Friday. "This is a really good one. I don't think that happens a lot in real life. That's why it's a movie."

Chris can next be seen in the highly anticipated sequel to “Star Trek,” as well as “Welcome to People” and “Rise of the Guardians.”

Until next week, when we choose another Hump Day Hottie, you can salute Chris by staring at the image above or watching the "This Means War" trailer below!
