Channing Tatum, Zooey Deschanel Tapped For 'Saturday Night Live'

Channing Tatum and Zooey Deschanel are hoping to tickle your funny bone this February. The actors have been tapped to host "Saturday Night Live" next month. It marks the first time either one has emceed the sketch comedy show.

NBC has announced that Channing will host the February 4 broadcast, and “New Girl” star Zooey will be on hand one week later on February 11. While Golden Globe-nominated Zooey has some fine musical chops, she won’t be the musical guest for her episode. Zooey took to Twitter to confirm that Karmin will assist her, while the Grammy-nominated Bon Iver will be featured with Channing.

“I am so excited!” Zooey tweeted following the announcement. Channing also confirmed his news on Twitter.

While Zooey will be on the show to shine some light on her Fox comedy, Channing will be on hand to promote a number of projects. This month he drops the Steven Soderbergh-directed “Haywire,” and as the year rolls along he’ll also appear in the tear-jerker "The Vow" out February 10 and then the long-awaited "21 Jump Street" on March 16. Soderbergh and Channing will team up once again for “Magic Mike.” (Which, in case you haven’t noticed, we can’t wait for!)

Will you be tuning in to see Channing and Zooey host "SNL"?
