For a narrative ripe with sex, drugs and angst, the stars of 2012's "The Perks of Being a Wallflower" appear surprisingly...studious.
A set of stills from Stephen Chbosky's narrative have hit the web, and once again, we find leads Emma Watson and Logan Lerman hitting the books. Albeit, this time they've moved their study sesh out of the library and into some sort of eatery. (I've long believed tater tots are the secret to infinite wisdom...)
Adapted from the 1999 novel of the same name, "The Perks of Being a Wallflower" follows loner Charlie (Logan) as he befriends older high-schoolers Sam (Emma) and brother Patrick (Ezra Miller), who introduce him to the typical teen experience he's been missing out on.
When MTV News visited the Pennsylvania-based set earlier this year, Emma couldn't help but gush about this post-"Potter" project.
"I feel incredible about it. I feel like I've been waiting for 'Perks,'" she said. "I was waiting for this story, for this script, for this moment, for these people to do it with me. I'm so glad I didn't do anything that I didn't care about."
