A new trailer for the drama "A Warrior's Heart" has found its way online, and it's definitely a swoonworthy clip; dark and brooding Kellan plays hot-shot lacrosse star Conor Sullivan, who is spiraling out of control after the death of his Marine father. But by his side (and on his lips) is cheerleader Brooklyn (played by Ashley), who isn't giving up on him.
Based on the trailer, the movie looks like a heart-wrenching tale of Conor's struggle to learn the meaning of maturity, sportsmanship and manhood under the mentorship of his dad’s old combat buddy.
And before this film sounds too somber and serious, we should probably mention there's a surprise in store for you, Gleeks! Chord Overstreet stars as a friend of Conor's. And he *may* take his shirt off. Just sayin'.
"A Warrior's Heart" hits theaters December 2.
Are you excited to see Kellan and Ashley play love interests, after playing siblings for so long? What do you think of the trailer? Sound off in the comments and on Twitter!
