Channing Tatum Is One Good-Looking 'Son' As Our Hump Day Hottie

Channing Tatum has been a favorite of ours for some time now. I mean, it's hard not to swoon over a guy like him. He's the type who can play tough and sensitive, and that's just what we want in a swoonworthy actor. With so many projects on his docket (including this week's "The Son of No One"), we decided to take a moment and name Channing this week's Hump Day Hottie.

Check out this dreamy photo of Channing and keep reading for more details about him!

Vital stats: Channing, 31, grew up in Mississippi before moving to Florida. He was super-athletic, playing all sorts of sports like football, soccer, and track, to name a few. After high school, he turned down a football scholarship and worked for a bit as an exotic dancer. He was later a model. He met his wife, Jenna Dewan, on the set of "Step Up." The original "Step Up," y'all.

Where you might have already seen him: Channing has never let genre define his movie career, having appeared in various films like "A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints, "She's The Man," "Step Up," "G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra," "Dear John" and "The Dilemma." And, that's only a taste of the work he's done on the big screen.

Why you should take notice of him now: Well, this week he stars in "The Son of No One," as well as the trailer for the highly anticipated "21 Jump Street." Let's not forget that he's also the man who not only stars in but inspired our most-anticipated film, "Magic Mike." Haven't heard of it? Well, it's the male stripper movie. Oh, now you're interested… For those who aren't (and we consider you insane!) he's also tapped for "The Vow" (romance), "G.I. Joe 2: Retaliation" (dude stuff) and "Haywire" (hot guy alert: Ewan McGregor and Michael Fassbender co-star), as well as "Foxcather" and "Love and Honor."

Until next week, when we choose another Hump Day Hottie, you can salute Channing by gawking at his photo above!
