Kristen Stewart Makes Her Music Video Debut

Kristen Stewart is branching out! The young star is making her music video debut in “I Was Broken,” the first single from Marcus Foster’s debut album, Nameless Path, which drops September 19.

And if Marcus’ name sounds familiar, here’s why: His song, “Let Me Sign,” was featured on the soundtrack to the first “Twilight” film with pal Robert Pattinson doing the vocals.

Watch the video after the jump!

MSN scored an exclusive first look at the video, which is quite artsy and features not just Kristen, but a slew of black-and-white, sad emo footage interspersed with an emoting Marcus.

And as music videos go, this one looks like a pretty easy paycheck for KStew. There’s no synchronized dancing, no popping-and-locking, no grinding in hotpants like a hip-hop honey… actually, as far as we can tell, girlfriend just had to stand in the wind and look forlorn for a few minutes. Piece of cake! But her pretty, implacable face (which is so blown-out by the lighting that her skin is practically indistinguishable from the background) serves as a nice counterpoint to Marcus Foster’s squinting and wincing. And the song? Not too shabby, actually.
