It's hard to believe that Ryan Gosling hasn't been a Hump Day Hottie yet, but, alas, here we are and he hasn't. We plan to rectify that egregious error by finally taking the plunge and declaring the ab-riffic actor this week's Hump Day Hottie. Finally.
Check out this dreamy video of Ryan, and then keep reading for more details about him!
Vital Stats: This 30-year-old Canadian hottie had quite the bohemian childhood. He performed as a wedding singer with his sister, was part of his uncle's Elvis Presley tribute act and then starred on "The All-New Mickey Mouse Club." You know, the one with Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears, to name just a few. He also has a dog named George, who Ryan says is always nicer with his signature Mohawk.
Where you might have already seen him: Aside from the movie females everywhere love with all of their hearts and souls—"The Notebook"—you may also know him from "Murder by Numbers," "Lars and The Real Girl," "Blue Valentine," "Half Nelson," and "The Slaughter Rule." He's also in a band called Dead Man's Bones.
Why you should take notice of him now: This week he plays Steve Carell's love guru in "Crazy, Stupid, Love," where he bares all (thankyouverymuch). He's also got a long list of upcoming projects to keep himself busy, including "The Ides of March," "Only God Forgives," "Logan's Run" and "The Gangster Squad."
Oh, yeah, he also appears in "Hey Girl: The Sequel," which we've included for your enjoyment above.
Until next week, when we chose another Hump Day Hottie, you can salute Ryan by gawking at the video that we heart so hard.
