'Monte Carlo': Let's Play 'Would You Rather?' With Selena, Leighton And Katie!

by Danielle Genet and Meg Jones

Are you ready to get whisked away to "Monte Carlo" with starlets Selena Gomez, Leighton Meester and Katie Cassidy? Their romantic comedy—in which Selena stars as a small-town girl mistaken for a European heiress—hits theaters this weekend and seriously has us wishing we had a super-rich doppelganger.

In celebration of their adorable adventure, we've devised a game of "Would You Rather?" utilizing these three lovely ladies. So grab your fanciest get-up, affect your best British accent and answer the following five scenarios:

1. Would you rather sing karaoke with:

a. Katie, who released a single called "I Think I Love You" on iTunes in 2002 as a tribute to her father, '70s teen pop sensation David Cassidy.

b. Selena, who along with her band, The Scene, have sold more than 1.4 million records in the U.S. and released two gold-certified albums. Their third album, "When the Sun Goes Down," was released June 2011. Selena's also appeared on the soundtracks for "Tinker Bell," "Another Cinderella Story" and "Wizards of Waverly Place."

c. Leighton, who was nominated for Best Pop Video in 2009 at the MTV Video Music Awards for lending her vocals to Cobra Starship's "Good Girls Go Bad." She also appeared in the drama "Country Song" as beauty queen-turned-country singer Chiles Stanton.

2. Would you rather swap exes with:

a. Katie. "Beautiful Soul" singer Jesse McCartney fell for Katie back in 2004 and their relationship was rumored to last more than three years.

b. Selena. Nick Jonas and Selena’s relationship never really heated up like we hoped it would, but for a while, they were the teen couple to watch and remain friends.

c. Leighton. She told Seventeen magazine her break-up with "Gossip Girl" co-star Sebastian Stan really hurt because, "he was the first guy she truly liked."

3. Would you rather be roommates with:

a. Katie. The starlet's from a family full of entertainers so there probably would never be a dull moment living with her. However, those who know her as Juliet Sharp from "Gossip Girl" know she could turn on you at any second.

b. Selena. It could be fun to gossip about clothes, music, friends and boys with Sel, though we may cringe if she goes into detail about her relationship with the Biebs. Jealousy doesn't look good on anybody.

c. Leighton. Unless you like to be super-close with your roommate, Leighton’s character Rebecca in the movie "The Roommate" freaked us out too much to consider her as our top pick. However, if you could move into her Upper East Side apartment like the one she lives in as Blair Waldorf… that could be a different story.

4. Would you rather shop the closet of:

a. Katie. Not everyone can pull off a long white dress, but Miss Cassidy certainly did when she wore a Catherine Malandrino crocheted lace and knit gown to the 2011 MTV Movie Awards.

b. Selena. This diva knows how to rock the red carpet. She strutted her stuff in a sexy cut-out Dolce & Gabbana Dress at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards.

c. Leighton. Who wouldn't want to delve into the shoe racks and dresses of Upper East Side's Queen B? Blair Waldorf's wardrobe never ceases to amaze. She can pull off school-girl chic and look stunning in this sequin and crystal Jenny Packman gown fit for a princess.

5. Would you rather be mistaken for:

a. Katie. Trade places with Katie for a day and you'll probably have her "Monte Carlo" love interest and "Glee" star Cory Monteith's phone number on speed dial.

b. Selena. The singer gets mistaken for Cordelia Winthrop Scott in "Monte Carlo," but it wouldn't be bad to be mistaken for Selena herself. Hopefully beau Justin Bieber won't be able to tell the difference either.

c. Leighton. Step into the shoes of this beautiful brunette and you'll be hiding from the paparazzi all day, because it's hard not to recognize the face of this actress and singer.
