When Summit Entertainment decided that the first official still to be released from "Breaking Dawn" would be Bella and Edward's honeymoon scene, it really set the tone for the type of film we can expect. Soft mood lighting? Check. Lots of skin? Check. Sexual tension up the yin yang? Check, check, check.
So when we got a chance to chat with leading man Robert Pattinson at the Golden Globes, we wanted to hear what he had to think about the risqué photo.
"I love how they release that for the first one," he said with a laugh. "Just give it all away, you know?"
And what exactly is he doing in the picture? "I think I'm sniffing."
We like to think of Rob as a bona fide movie sex-scene expert now that "Bel Ami" has finished shooting. Even "Remember Me" had a couple heated moments, and now "The Twilight Saga" is going to join the club. However, Rob admitted that this scene wasn't any easier to shoot even with all that experience under his belt.
"It's always awkward in a way if you're doing it with anybody," RPattz said with a laugh. "It really depends on how it's staged and stuff. It's like doing Twister."
One thing's for sure: Summit is not trying to market this one to the boys like they did for "Eclipse." What this first photo shows us is "Breaking Dawn" will be the lovefest (with a side of terrifying child birth) that everyone is looking forward to. And it looks like we might get to see some more shirtless Robert Pattinson (which is always a good thing).
Why are you looking forward to "Breaking Dawn"? What scene do you want to see the most?
