With her irritatingly flawless skin, pretty eyes and perfect pout, it was only a matter of time before Taylor Swift started hawking cosmetics to her adoring fanbase. And so, the inevitable has happened: The country star has signed on as the spokesmodel for the new NatureLuxe line of "luxury makeup" from CoverGirl.
The line debuts in January with two new advertisements featuring Taylor, including a video in which she twirls and whirls through multiple hanging panels of undulating, light-green chiffon—possibly an homage to the inclusion of cucumbers in the new makeup line. Because, you know, cucumbers are also green. (See the full-size print ad after the jump!)
Taylor says she's a fan of the new product line, which promises a "perfectly polished look" and a "lightweight feel." Hey, that sounds nice! But tell us: Will it give us golden ringlets, lusciously full lips, mile-long legs and the ongoing devotion of Jake Gyllenhaal? We expect our makeup to go the distance.
