One thing stars found themselves remembering the most was Leslie’s classic movies, such as “The Naked Gun” series and “Airplane!” Ryan Seacrest told fans, “Sad to hear about Leslie Nielsen passing. To this day “Airplane” is still one of my favorite comedies ever.” Many celebs paid tribute to the comedic legend with a line from that film: “I am serious…and don’t call me Shirley.” Russell Brand shared, “RIP. Leslie Nielsen. Shirley, he will be missed.”
