What’s “Welcome to the Rileys” star Kristen Stewart’s not-so-hidden talent? The girl can cook…and bake! Earlier this year when Kristen and her “Eclipse” costars Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner were interviewed by Entertainment Weekly, Kristen supplied the refreshments—a loquat pie. And even though she didn’t bring any treats for us when we sat down with her a few weeks ago, we still wanted to hear all about her latest culinary pursuits.
While on set for “On the Road,” Kristen was the de facto cast chef, and if we had to guess, we’d bet her dishes easily rivaled anything craft services could cook up. “I didn’t bake,” she said. “I cooked a lot though. I was the only girl on set.”
So what was Kristen’s specialty? “I think I can do a really, really good, terrific tortilla soup. That was my ’On the Road’ dish.” Sounds tasty!
We can’t help but wonder what sort of epicurious magic Kristen will conjure up on the set of “Breaking Dawn” when it begins filming next month. With production set in Louisiana, perhaps this will be KStew’s opportunity to perfect her gumbo or jambalaya.
