Josh Duhamel is showing us his sensitive side at this week's box office in his new rom-com, "Life as We Know It." While he's transformed in many roles over the years, we have to say that our favorite might be the one he's playing for Hollywood Crush this week as Hump Day Hottie.
Press play on the video below to see more of Josh, and then keep reading for more details about him!
Vital Stats: There's nothing quite as hot as a Midwestern boy. And Josh happens to be a North Dakota native, so that makes him pretty much perfect! He played football in college and was thinking of going to dental school (um, yes!) but instead moved to Cali, was a model for a while and then Hollywood stardom came his way.
He's married to Fergie, sadly, and according to costar Katherine Heigl, when the two decide to have kids, the dude has the skills to pay the bills.
"Oh my god! The best of the best! He's fantastic," she gushed to MTV News. "He's really good with children. They sort of flocked to him. I think it’s a pheromone thing. I think he puts off like a chocolate cookie scent to children. They love him and those triplets [who played the baby in the movie] loved him."
Where you might have already seen him: He's probably remembered most for his time on the small screen series, "Las Vegas," but since then he's managed to become a big screen player starring in everything from "Win a Date With Tad Hamilton!" to "When In Rome" to both "Transformers" flicks.
Why you should take notice of him now: He's starring in this week's aforementioned "Life as We Know It," and he's currently in the middle of filming the next "Transformers" flick, which he's making some big promises for.
"I've seen about 10 minutes of it—just the stuff we shot in Chicago—and it's pretty awesome," he shared. "It's all in Michael Bay's head, so you never know what the film's going to turn out like, but judging by the script and what we've shot, it's, I think, every bit as good, if not better than, the first two."
Until next week, when we chose another Hump Day Hottie, you can salute Josh by pressing play on the video above!
