'Glee''s Chord Overstreet Sings His Way Into Our Hearts As This Week's Hump Day Hottie

With a name like Chord Overstreet, it seems like this "Glee" newbie was destined for a musical show like the hit FOX series. And, after the show's season two premiere, it looks like we haven't seen the last of the blond cutie. So, as we prep for what is certain to be one fun ride of a season, we want to give it up to Chord and name him this week's Hump Day Hottie.

Press play on the video below to see more of Chord, and then keep reading for more details about him!

Vital Stats: The Nashville native, 21, is not only an actor with one cool, strange name but is also a musician. How do we know? The internet tells us, and he likes to pose with guitars, so if that isn't proof we don't know what is. Also, he's pals with Demi Lovato. We're sold!

Where you might have already seen him: He's appeared on "iCarly" and two other projects, "The Hole" and "Private." Other than that, he's pretty fresh-faced.

Why you should take notice of him now: He popped up on the season premiere of "Glee" as newbie footballer, maybe Gleek, Sam, who will mostly likely end up being Kurt's love interest and will most likely cause some trouble for Finn. Ah! High school!

"I'm raw meat, fresh," he joked about joining the cast. "There's candles involved, a bunch of, like, Satanic rituals. Just some hazing, some general hazing. Little pranks here and there, nothing big, but I mean everybody was really welcoming when I came in."

He's also billed as being in the new ABC show, "No Ordinary Family," which will also feature Jackson Rathbone, as well as the upcoming Kellan Lutz-Ashley Greene flick, "Warrior." Get this kid a part in "Breaking Dawn!"

Until next week, when we chose another Hump Day Hottie, you can salute Chord by pressing play on the video above!
