We cannot wait until Russell Brand and Katy Perry get married, not just because we love that they are two hilarious, extreme personalities on their own, but because we can't even begin to imagine how ridiculously awesome their wedding is going to be. If Katy can walk into the Met ball with a light-up dress, we can only guess what her wedding dress will look like.
When MTV News' Josh Horowitz (who has a bit of a history with Russ himself) caught up with the British comedian to talk about his upcoming movie "Get Him To The Greek," he asked Russell if he would be able to let their wedding be all about Katy.
"Yeah. I think it would be unfair to say this day is all about me," Russell said. "I'm going to wear a tuxedo and a top hat with no pants and I'm going to paint my p---is with lipstick. This is her day. It's not about those mental images."
Katy has already said in the past that Russell is a bit of a bridezilla , and he was quick to bring it up in conversation.
"Katy, that little cow, keeps calling me a bridezilla. Travis Cocker wrote 'Just Say Yes,' the single we're releasing, and for that one, of the costumes I wore was a wedding dress. I sent Katy a picture and she put it on the internet and goes, 'oh look at him he's obsessed with this wedding,'" Russell said.
But this groom isn't one to be teased lightly. "I'm trying to think of a way to get revenge," Russell said. "Let me tell you there are photos of her on my phone that could go nuclear but a man has to be respectful."
Josh offered MTV News' services to send one of those bad boys into the depths of the Interwebs, but Russell refused for all the right reasons.
"I'm so tempted Josh," he said with a laugh, "but I feel I'm going to need my testicles for the future."
Are you as excited to see what Russell and Katy's wedding will consist of as we are?
