TMZ reports that Nicholas could face up to two years in jail and a $4,000 fine if convicted on the charges. He is due back in court on April 7 for his arraignment.
In March, Brendan, who played Xander on the vampire series, was arrested in Venice, CA after authorities got a call that an intoxicated individual was causing a commotion. At the time it was reported that Nicholas swung at cops and then tried to run away from authorities. He was then tased twice before he was taken to a hospital. Later, he was booked on felony vandalism charges for causing some damage in the brouhaha.
Since “Buffy” ended in 2003, he has worked steadily, done the rounds and guest-starred on several TV shows, including Hollywood Crush favorite, “Criminal Minds.” He also had a role in the under-appreciated TV flick, “Celeste in the City.” Additionally, he was seen on the short-lived show, “Kitchen Confidential.” He’s also got two projects supposedly set for release this year, “The Portal” and “Sweet Lorriane.”
