“90210” star AnnaLynne McCord has a body to die for, and she’s showing it off in the latest issue of Shape magazine. Posing in a barely-there bikini, AnnaLynne talks about her eating habits and body image in the “Shape’s Sexiest Bodies of Hollywood” issue.
Although she watches her diet, AnnaLynne isn’t as regimented as you’d expect, especially compared to young Hollywood. This blonde bombshell eats what she wants, in moderation, and is comfortable in her own skin. She dished, “Shape allowed me to express that I’m happy with who I am, and I’d like, namely young girls, to know that being aware of your body type and what you’re eating is very important.”
Her diet is simple. “You eat until you’re filled,” she says. She sticks to healthy meals, but don’t be fooled — this Southern belle isn’t eating rice cakes all day. AnnaLynne’s trick is cooking whenever possible. Because of her packed schedule, she barely sleeps, so breakfast is a very important meal for her. Usually she has an egg sandwich or French toast—or both if she’s really hungry. She tends to graze the rest of the day, grabbing a turkey and ham sandwich for lunch, a handful of red and green pepper strips with ranch dressing or cereal bars for a snack, and vegetable soup plus fish or chicken for dinner.
And as for exercise? AnnaLynne isn’t putting in strenuous hours with a personal trainer, rather, she takes a more realistic approach to working out. “I’m definitely not the girl to go the gym every day. When I’m feeling sluggish, or I just want some energy, I’ll dance.”
