'Skateland' Star Taylor Handley Glides His Way Into Our Hearts As This Week's Hump Day Hottie

Taylor Handley first skated into our lives in the family friendly flick "Jack Frost," but in the decade since that movie hit theaters, he sure has grown into quite a heartthrob. With roles in a few major flicks coming up and his awesome turn as Oliver on "The O.C." still fresh in our memories (even if it was seven years ago!), we have to say that we can't wait to see more of Taylor. Until, then he's being named this week's Hump Day Hottie.

Press play on the video below to see more of Taylor, and then keep reading for more details about him!

Vital Stats: The 25-year-old Santa Barbara, Calif. native got his start in 1998 in "Jack Frost" and since then he's caught the ladies' eyes in a variety of roles on the big and small screen. Plus, when he's not busy acting, he's busy making music with his band, Nobody's Looking. Hey, Taylor, we are!

Where you might have already seen him: Taylor has been all over teen soaps ranging from "Dawson's Creek" to the short-lived "Hidden Palms," but he really caught everyone's attention as the misguided/ slightly disturbed/ MarisaCooper-obsessed Oliver Trask on "The O.C." In addition to his work on some of our favorite shows of all time, he's also been in several flicks including "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning."

Why you should take notice of him now: He guest starred on his former "O.C." amigo, Ben McKenzie's show "Southland," and if IMDB is right we'll see more of him on the TNT crime drama in the future. Next up, he'll be hitting the big screen alongside "Twilight" star Ashley Greene in the retro indie flick "Skateland." And if having one Hump Day Hottie in a film wasn't enough, he'll join Lucas Till in the action flick, "Battle: Los Angeles," which is set for release in 2011.

About his role in "Battle: Los Angeles," he wrote on his MySpace page, "As for now though, I'm super focused on doing my best on this movie," he said. "It's going to be INSANE for sure!!.. And.. Just wrapped filing for Battle: Los Angeles. It will be in theaters FEB 2011!!!"

Until next Wednesday, when we nominate yet another Hump Day Hottie, you can gawk at Taylor and the rest of our past HDH's by clicking on his photo below!
