'Glee' Teacher Matthew Morrison Hits The Right Note As Our Hump Day Hottie

Who doesn't love a guy with a great voice? No one! Week after week, Matthew Morrison as been winning our hearts using his vocal chords (and dance moves!) on "Glee." Haven't you ever heard the way to a woman's heart is through her ears? No? Well then read on and find out why Matthew is this week's Hump Day Hottie.

Press play on the video below to see more of Matt, and then keep reading for more details about him.

Vital Stats: The 31-year-old California native spent a lot of time in theater camp. He grew up doing school plays and later studied theater at the prestigious Tisch School of the Arts at NYU. He apparently goes by the nickname Matty Fresh. In our search of Matty Fresh's relationship status, we have yet to see if he's hooking up with anybody in real life. We'll have a reward for anyone who can give us more info. (And, by reward we mean a virtual high five!)

Where you might have already seen him: It's more like where haven't you seen him. He was all over Broadway. He's been in "Footloose" (take that Zac Efron and Chace Crawford), "South Pacific," "Rocky Horror Picture Show" and "Hairspray" (double burn Efron!). He also won a Tony Award for his work in "A Light in the Piazza." Did we mention he was in an episode of "Sex and the City"? Amazing.

Why you should take notice of him now: He's starring on the show du jour, "Glee," playing the ambitious Spanish teacher Will Schuester who wants nothing more than to take a ragtag glee club and turn it into the glorious singing troupe he knows it can be. Plus, we get to see him sing on the show, which we surmise is only a taste of what we can expect on his recently announced debut pop album. We cannot wait for it, that's for sure.
