MTV News caught up with the ever charitable and attractive Brad Pitt last night at the “Inglourious Basterds” premiere in Hollywood. The movie, out next Friday, is helmed by none other than the very avante garde, Quentin Tarantino. Known for directing ridiculously popular movies like “Grindhouse,” “Sin City” and “Kill Bill” Volumes 1 and 2, Quentin is bound to give us plenty to take in with his newest installment. On top of all that, this film is headlined by Mr. Pitt, which gives us reason enough to want to check it out.
To the normal world, being considered a basterd is a bad thing but, to super stars like Brad Pitt, it can be both positive and negative. When asked if he's a "basterd" in real life and whether or not it's a good thing, his response was simple and lighthearted: “Yes I am, and yes it is." Then he let us in on how he felt about working with Tarantino: “He’s got a very specific voice. He has changed the game a few degrees, and will continue to do so”.
