Paris Hilton's Search For A New BFF Takes Her To Dubai

Paris HiltonIt's glitzy. It's glamorous. It's a little gaudy. In a word — perfect for Paris Hilton. The socialite is calling the opulent Middle East city of Dubai home for the next few weeks as she adds to her passel of pals with "Paris Hilton's My New BFF— Dubai."

"Dubai is one of the most beautiful destinations in the world and after recently launching my brand there I decided to come back this summer to find a new best friend," Paris said in a statement.

This season, 22 young ladies (sorry guys, no boys allowed!) will compete in wacky challenges for the 28-year-old's friendship and an all-access pass to the VIP section.

The hotel heiress has already filmed two seasons of the competition series in L.A. and one in London, but expect the Dubai series to steer clear of the debauchery we've become accustomed to. Yep, that means no alcohol, cursing or scandalous clothing allowed. But let's be honest, Paris doesn't need any of those trappings to stir up drama, right? And with camel-riding and indoor-skiing adventures sure to be on the docket, we can expect plenty of excitement from the desert.

Right now the series is slated for an Arab-region release, so I guess we'll have to wait and see if Paris' Middle East antics make it Stateside.

With offers to do spin-offs in Australia, Germany and Russia, where do you think Paris should head next to ensure she has a friend in every port?
