If you watched Nickelodeon in the 1990s, and if you've been in the general vicinity of the internet in the past 24 hours, you're probably aware that the kid who voiced Arnold of "Hey Arnold!" has since grown up to be a bearded, tattooed, long-haired super-sexy adult man.
And he's not the only one.
We don't know what they were putting in the water on the Nickelodeon soundstage back then, but all the show's Arnolds (of which there were several) are now extraordinarily easy on the eyes -- and Gerald ain't too bad, either.
Want proof? Of course you do. Here, in no particular order, are the main hotties from Hillwood, all grown up.
In case you missed it, yep, he's hot now.
Phillip Van Dyke
The one-time Arnold (who you might also remember as Luke from "Halloweentown") is now a prematurely silver fox with a very, very cute kid.
Alex D. Linz
He was only the voice of Arnold for two episodes, but clearly that was enough to have the necessary effect. I mean, look at him.
And according to IMDb, this guy filled in as the titular character just once. AND YET.
For the most part, the role of Arnold was split between three actors: Phillip Van Dyke, Lane Toran, and the mysterious Spencer Klein, who seems to have vanished from public life post-"Hey Arnold!" without leaving so much as a footprint on the internet. But considering the evidence, we're just going to go ahead and say that wherever he is, and whatever he's doing, he's probably handsome.
Oh, and also?
BONUS: Check out Gerald.
Unlike the titular character, the supporting role of Arnold's BFF Gerald was only ever played by one guy, Jamil Walker Smith -- who just happens to be literally the handsomest man on the planet. Coincidence? PROBABLY NOT.
