Beyonce and Jay Z launched their highly anticipated On the Run Tour last night (June 25) in Miami, and it's already looking to be the jaw-dropping '03 '14 Bonnie & Clyde spectacular we've been dreaming of all our lives. Aside from nailing their staggering 42-song setlist, Mr. and Mrs. Carter dominate the stage in some of the steamiest performance outfits we've seen in a WHILE.

The power couple kicked things off with their famous duet "'03 Bonnie and Clyde." Jay Z wore an American flag tee, beanie, and shades, while Bey bared all in a fishnet ski mask and Atelier Versace bodysuit. We can only imagine how excited the audience felt to see Beyonce walk towards them, and then how EXTRA excited they felt when she walked away from them (ya know, seeing as the back of the bodysuit is essentially a leather thong...).

This first set of ensembles was the perfect kick-off, but it wouldn't be a Carter tour without at least three zillion costume changes. Beyonce slayed in a series of sexy bodysuits, including a distressed denim romper by Diesel. The frayed number was embellished with chains and studs, as well as an eagle emblem that appeared on both her belt and leather police hat.

Bey showed her colorful side in a graphic long-sleeved bodysuit (also by Atelier Versace) to perform "Yonce" and, appropriately enough, "Flawless." We feel like she MIGHT have been going for an Egyptian vibe here (there was also a mohawk-esque hat situation), but the leotard also had random seashells on it. So who knows.

Finally, Beyonce changed into a red fringed bodysuit for her showstopping "Ring the Alarm" performance. The piece was designed by Vrettos Vrettakos, who also created several skintight looks for Bey's Mrs. Carter Show earlier this year.

And don't you dare forget about Jay Z, who OBVI wasn't ready to let his wifey have all the sartorial fun. Hov's costume changes were less flashy, but still exuded swag with every bar. Exhibit A: that custom Rodarte jersey. Jay actually wore a nearly identical shirt earlier this month, so we'd say he clearly has a new love in his life. Exhibit B: the fedora + leather jacket look. We'll probably be swooooooning for days over this one.

So much fashion, and that's just from the FIRST night of the 16-date tour. We can only assume there will be more in store for us down the line, so stay tuned!
