This Video Of Rihanna's CFDA Dress Being Made Is Mesmerizing

By now, you've all seen what Rihanna wore to the CFDA Awards earlier this week. Y'know, that sparkly dress that would DEF get censored by Instagram? The rhinestone-studded gown was nothing short of a work of art. And like all works of art, it takes a lot of time and dedication to reach the final product. In the case of Rih's dress, that dedication looks something like an entire team of people gluing microscopic crystals onto fabric with tweezers.

Adam Selman, Rihanna's costume designer and collaborator, posted a video to Instagram of that process, writing: "Detail of my incredible team at work with @official_swarovski and @rupaulsdragrace led by the true queen @meetingsmagazine #glamazon." Glamazon, indeed! We kind of can't stop watching this mesmerizing video on repeat, even though the tediousness threatens to make our brains explode. Ah, what we do in the name of #FASHUN.

Speaking of mesmerizing, if you haven't already watched the video of Rihanna twerking in her dress, you need to. STAT. Between these two clips, you are sure to stay entertained for the rest of the week.
