Jennifer Lawrence Makes Us (Almost) Miss Coats In ‘Marie Claire’

Just when we were getting excited about the increasingly warmer weather, Jennifer Lawrence goes and makes us wish it was still winter. The actress looks bright and summery on the June 2014 cover of Marie Claire, but the inside photos are a different story. She models a variety of outerwear options in the spread, which is totally unfair since we likely won’t elect to steal her looks for another five months (once you lose the tights, you don’t go back until fall, amirite?).

J-Law rocks two different knee-length coats in the mag—a preppy gray Céline and a BRIGHT pink Dior that would cost me about six months rent to buy. But I’m kind of obsessed with it, so I might consider becoming homeless for half a year.

Jennifer also sports an oversized vest by 3.1 Phillip Lim. Rampant menswear vibes, unbridled awesomeness. Plus, vests are the sort of outerwear you could potentially wear even during the warmer months. Especially if you don’t wear anything underneath it à la Miss Lawrence.
