OMG. Looks like yet another former Hills star can take “engagement ring” off their Christmas list this year. Reality star-turned-designer Whitney Port (who’s been through her fair share of some very public dating disasters) just got engaged to her producer beau of two years, Tim Rosenman, who she met on the set of her Hills spin-off, The City. We’re really happy for them and we’re gonna let them finish celebrating, but we are DYING to get a glimpse of the ring, which has yet to be revealed. Will it be round and classic like Lauren Conrad’s? A whopping square-cut stunner like Kristen Cavallari’s? Something eclectic and vintage that reflects her laid-back, downtown boho style? EEE! Just show us already, kthx! (Also, CONGRATS!)

While we wait for the photographic (and carat-specific) deets to surface, we figured we might as well make a few predictions about what Whitney will wear to walk down the aisle with her hunky dude. Port’s personal style has long erred on the side of romantic: the Spring 2013 show for her collection, Whitney Eve, was filled with floral designs, fringe maxi dresses and feminine details. She regularly rocks much of the same and often goes high-low by combining designer pieces with thrift store finds. We imagine she’ll stay true to the free-flowing shapes, delicate details and vintage charm that has come to define her wardrobe in recent years.

Whitney worked at DVF for a hot minute on the first season of The City, and style-wise, she fit right in. This silk gown by her one-time employer has an elegant ’70s vibe with its deep-v, draped sleeves and holographic sequins. The high-slit would subtly show off her killer stems and the twisted knot at the center would add the illusion of curves to her stick-straight model frame.

This champagne-colored gown from Armani’s Fall/Winter 2013-2014 runway show in Paris is basically what happens when a tube-top maxi dress meets Paris Haute Couture. The gorgeous bead-work on the bust, the straps and the skirt’s chiffon overlay amp up the glam on this youthful piece—which would be plenty comfortable for a beach-side wedding (she is from L.A., after all) and impressive enough to cause any of her fashion industry guests to gawk.

Whitney LOVES Mara Hoffman. Another one of her first gigs on The City was assisting Hoffman with her debut swimsuit show in Miami, and Port’s been a loyal fan ever since. Hoffman recently decided to venture into bridal-wear territory, and this multi-tiered, silk chiffon lattice gown has a boho vibe that perfectly embodies Whitney’s romantic, relaxed look.
