Another day, another 'do for Rita Ora! Last night at the Harper's Bazaar Women of the Year Awards, where she won Musician Of The Year, Rita debuted a new, tousled platinum coif. Though she changes her hair on the regular (remember the colored chunks from a few weeks ago?), Rita has never gone quite this blonde before. In fact, the bright color stood in such stark contrast with her brows and red lip, that the whole thing is serving major Gwen Stefani vibes.
Rita, who dubbed herself the "#icequeen," wore a white, long-sleeved, lace Ermanno Scervino gown. If you're gonna wear white after Labor Day, may as well wear it head-to-toe, right? On that note, it's a good thing there wasn't a blizzard in London last night, since it would've been near-impossible to pluck Rita from a pile of snow. Bold lipstick notwithstanding.

For the after party, Rita changed into a light pink satin croptop and skirt. Even paired against a pale color, her hair appears softer. Sure, it could have been the filter she applied (Q: what's an Instagram pic without a filter? A: NOTHING.), but the ultra-blonde is surprisingly versatile. #Icequeen duly accessorized with a partial grill that unlike the one she showed off a few weeks ago, just covers her bottom canines.
Much like Vanessa Hudgens' autumnal highlights, Rita seems to have dyed her hair to match the season. The question is, though, how long will it last? Through February, or, like, through next week? We're willing to bet we'll see a new look from Rita soon, but, who knows, she may surprise us.
