What’s cuter than Ariana Grande on any given day? Aside from like, a bathtub filled with puppies, not a whole lot. Actually, after seeing the new cover of Notion magazine, we take that back. Dressed in a textured, black-and-white bustier crop-top and flared black skirt, Grande gets the cartoon treatment with illustrated embellishments from emerging artist, Hattie Stewart. OK, so, correction: the only thing cuter than Ariana Grande on any given day is now Ariana Grande surrounded by doe-eyed cartoon faces. (Sorry, puppies.)

Red, pink, black and blue paint drippings make Grande an ~actual~ work of art for Notion’s Issue 66 (which also features an alternative cover starring hip-hop young gun, Joey Bada$$). Throughout the spread, Grande’s long, brown locks remain largely untouched, because who in their right mind would try to paint over something SO PERFECT. Not to say that the rest of Ariana isn’t also pretty close to perfect, but we've yet to spot a stray and/or out-of-place hair in her perpetually half pulled-back ‘do.

We're also really digging Stewart's graphic interpretation of Grande’s signature a-line style. Can't you totally see her wearing that white, full-skirted, star-spangled dress IRL? With like, actual fabric and ethereal embellishments, of course. In another shot inside the mag, Ariana gives her best tough-girl mug in a ladylike silk dress with a slight v-neck cutout and dainty cap-sleeves. We love a good juxtaposition.

Wanna peep the pics in person and read the full interview with Ariana? Notion magazine's Issue 66 is on stands now.
