Holland Roden Sits Front Row At Five Shows During New York Fashion Week

It’s done, y’all. Another Fashion Week has come and gone, and we now know what we, or more likely, celebs, will be wearing come the warmer days in seventh months. That’s a lot of time to think about what to wear come April, and also a lot of recovery time. Fashion Week is exhausting! We’re worn out from writing about it from the comfort of a chair, so we can only imagine how Fashion Week fixtures feel after running around in multiple fancy outfits per day, schmoozing with other famous peeps, and sitting on a hard bench with two inches in each direction to call their own.

Teen Wolf star Holland Roden was one of our front row faves from the past week, hitting up not one, not two, but FIVE shows. Two of those shows were in the same day, which Holland took as an opportunity to change her outfit, hair, and shoes. Oh, she also wore different colors to each show, and that only included NYFW standard black ONCE. Let’s take a look at her wildly varying looks.

Holland kicked off her week at Rebecca Minkoff and was obviously a fan of the live Janelle Monae soundtrack: she Instagrammed a pic of the singer, which also serves to give plebes like us a taste of front row life. It tastes like air because of #fashion. JK, it tastes like almonds because of #fashion. Holland wore a navy leather shirt, black, white, and pink striped pants, and some strappy red pumps.

Holland also chilled with Rebecca Minkoff and other young acting ladies backstage in a group photo, in which there is very little physical contact. There’s no touching in fashion, just like there’s no crying in baseball. Jackets are draped on shoulders very carefully during NYFW, so no touching means no accidental jacket shifts. Everyone leaves Fashion Week craving the human touch. Or maybe I’m projecting from too much BLAHGGING. *Kanye shrug*

At Mara Hoffman, Holland wore a long-sleeve, colorful peplum dress and pointy white heels with an ankle strap. She wore her hair in loose waves and has a really simple makeup game going on: some pinkish lipstick, some coral-y blush, and that’s it.

Mere hours later, like three hours MAX, Holland arrived at the Charlotte Ronson presentation looking totes different. She definitely knows how to change it up from day to night; her nighttime look isn’t a little extra eye shadow, naw, it’s different from head to toe. She changed into a navy mod-inspired dress, complete with a short turtleneck and sheer shoulder panel. She also introduced metallics into her NYFW wardrobe with silver shoes and a silver clutch. She pulled her totally enviable hair into a ponytail, layered on the pink lipstick, and rolled in looking brand spankin’ new.

At DKNY, Holland was once again front row, and once again sat with other fashionable ladies, including Alexandra Daddario and Kelly Osbourne. She had black leggings that she had to patch with leather last minute when she ripped holes in the knees. JK, they were made that way and they look comfortable for sitting fashionably. She paired the leggings with a black shirt with an embellished collar and a bright blue blazer with contrast peak lapels. Next to Alexandra and Kelly, who stuck to black and white, Holland’s pop of color livens up the front row. She also has on a subtle, but definitely striking, orange lip.

Holland’s final show was Rachel Zoe where she wore a hunter green leather shirt and hunter green layered skirt which has a prominent orange zipper pull on the side. If you recall Holland’s first day at Fashion Week oh so many moons ago, she also wore a leather shirt. The circle of life at Fashion Week. It’s a beautiful thing. She’s also added metallic to her outfit once again via shoes and clutch, but this time they’re gold.

Go sleep for 100 hours, Holland, you deserve it! Your looks for the next week should be sweatpants, in varying colors. Enjoy your time off from fashion, just remember, February isn’t that far away. JK, YES IT IS!
