We’ve been SO excited about the Costume Designers Guild Awards here at MTV Style, we’ve been counting to the big night with a series of exclusive interview with the masterminds behind some of our favorite outfits (catch up on them here!). The ceremony finally went down yesterday in Los Angeles, and the stars turned out to support their fave designers like Jacqueline Durran of Anna Karenina and Mirror Mirror‘s Eiko Ishioka, who each won the top awards for Outstanding Period Film Award and Outstanding Fantasy Film, respectively. And while we’re serving up a huge congrats to all the winners, right now we HAVE TO discuss the gown that Mirror Mirror star Lily Collins rocked on the red carpet, because, well, it’s amazing. The monochrome floor-length frock comes courtesy of Paule Ke, with a deep V-neck and an oversized white bow across the back. The look might not be quiteeee as backless as Selena Gomez these days, but the simple yet stunning cut is enough to make ANYONE sit up and take notice.

Lily let the dress soak up the spotlight, choosing to sport almost no accessories and keeping her hair and makeup minimal. We’re loving her mussed-up waves and her collar-length haircut, but those eyebrows?! Um, yeah, they’re to die for. We always knew the actress was a total style star, but if this awesome CDGA bow dress is any indication, then we can’t WAIT to see what she has in store for the Oscars. Let the countdown begin!
