We ALL know that Rita Ora and Cara Delevingne are BFF. They call each other "Wifey," pose for Rankin together, and document their friendship for everyone else to see on Instagram. Luckily, our love for the two of them is so huge, we're able to get over our major case of FOMO and forgive them for the fact that we're missing out on such rad times. Siiiigh. But just in case you had any doubts whatsoever about their closerthanthis friendship, Rita really sealed the deal this weekend when she attended the Burberry runway show during London Fashion Week wearing a t-shirt with CARA'S FACE ON IT! Now, incorporating your best friend's face into your wardrobe has the potential to be a little bit, um, creepy, but leave it to the pop star to make the look 100% adorable and unexpectedly stylish. So what's the story behind these sketched tees? And more importantly, where can we buy one for ourselves? Get the deets below!
Turns out they're designed by London artist Simeon Farrar, who was commissioned by Grazia to illustrate a series of tops for LFW. "I’d already made these drawings of the models so we decided to go with them," he said. "It just felt right to do a range with all British models for London Fashion Week." Along with Cara, the trio of tees feature fellow English runway stars Jourdan Dunn and Georgia May Jagger. Along with previous covetable crewnecks splashed with supes like Cindy Crawford and Karlie Kloss, model t-shirt drawings are clearly the next big thing. Unfortunately, the Cara version's not available to score online just yet—but given his model fans, we're betting that's about to change very soon. Until it does, check out the rest of Simeon Farrar's equally cool collections here!
UPDATE: Cara, Jourdan, and TONS more of Simeon Farrar's tops have landed online at Blackstore.co.uk. Get 'em while they last!
