Kanye West is one of the best dressed dudes in the game, and while he’s already bestowed unto the world TWO full runway collections, we are forever anxiously awaiting Ye’s next foray into fashion design. We understand, though, that Yeezy is a busy busy man, and this year has been especially eventful with releasing Cruel Summer, assembling G.O.O.D. Music, wearing leather kilts, and reading the Grace Coddington memoir. BUT thanks to one fateful Twitpic via A.P.C. founder Jean Touitou, there might be a glimmer of hope for us yet!

Touitou uploaded this Polaroid-style snap of himself and Mr. West to his personal Twitter on Saturday and presented it without comment. The image depicts the two friends sitting in a room with tiled walls, at a large desk and around a computer helmed by Kanye. We can’t quite make out what’s on Yeezy’s screen and we’re not definitively ruling out the possibility that they’re watching cat videos on YouTube, it kiiiiind of looks like Ye is futzing around in iTunes. Putting together a design studio playlist maybe???

As Complex pointed out, Jean Touitou told GQ in a recent interview that he and Kanye have “wanted to do something related to clothes that’s not high fashion, probably something more sporty,” and while “it’s mentally in the pipeline” for Touitou, he recognizes “it’s just hard to get the guy out of a plane.” But judging from much more of the A.P.C. founder’s Twitter activity (retweeting “Mercy” chart stats, Ye’s girlfriend Kim Kardashian’s fashion tweets, and Chan Marshall’s Instagram of this Etsy sweatshirt printed with Kanye’s mug), the man definitely has Yeezy on the brain. Time will only tell if/when we’ll see a West x A.P.C. streetwear collection, but until then, we’ll be keeping our fingers crossed and our eyes squarely glued in Touitou’s direction!
