Looks like One Direction’s “Little Things” music video isn’t the only black-and-white release the boys are pumping out this week. Everyone’s favorite Brit-Irish fivesome is also featured in greyscale alongside UK beauty Edie Campbell in the December issue of British Vogue — the mag’s Pop Issue. The model/socialite and the internationally famous boy band were photographed by Patrick Demarchelier in deliciously throwback late ’50s-inspired threads. One set-up they’re in crisp, skinny-lapeled suits, the next, they’re all wearing contrast-sleeve letterman jackets with teased high and combed back hair (yes, everyone — not just Zayn!).

They may be some of the biggest stars on the planet right now, but apparently Miss Campbell was relatively unphased by the 1D dudes, according to her brief interview with British Vogue’s Ella Alexander anyway. That might be due in part to most of the boys never coming up to talk to her, though. That is, except Harry. “The others didn’t really say much to me, just Harry,” she told the magazine, “He looks so young, but he’s so sweet.” More than his charming character and demeanor, Harry’s iconic coiffure may have made the biggest impact on the British model. “The hair was very prominent,” Edie said, “it was swept back like lots of teenage boys’ wear it. The hair was impressive.” Peep the full story and some behind-the-scenes footage from the shoot for yourself at!
