Katy Perry rang in her 28th birthday (HAPPY BDAY, KP!!!) with a very special performance for President Barack Obama. The incumbent president invited Katy on stage in Las Vegas for her second Obama performance of the MONTH. Just when you thought her patriotic nails for the "30 Days To Victory Concert" were spirited, she completely out-does herself with a skin-tight, latex ballot dress. *one hand in the air, one hand on the pearls* Werque, child.
KP started her set in a look that, at first glance, looks like a conservative cobalt blue skirt suit, complete with crisp white button-up and neatly knotted skinny tie. But we all know Katy's an expert in wardrobe theatrics. The "Firework" singer traded in the light pink contrast-paneled tailoring for her wet-look ballot dress, wearing her
heart vote on her sleeve. Her ruby red Mary-Jane shoes stay the same, but even her microphone gets in on the quick-change action as Perry switches from a Lady Liberty torch look to rhinestone stars and stripes.
