Between all the gymnastics and swimming action currently filling up our DVR, let's just say our Olympics watching schedule is pretty packed (tough life, we know...). BUT there's one more sport that you should add to your queue, and it's not exactly what you'd expect: synchronized swimming. Sure, it may not have quite the same cult fanbase of other Olympic sports (cough Ryan Lochte cough), but the music, the precision, and the fact that it's basically perfectly coordinated water ballet make it our newest obsession. Oh, and let's talk about the unexpectedly AMAZING fashion-slash-pop music mashup that happened at the technical duets on Sunday, shall we? Russian teammates Natalia Ishchenko and Svetlana Romashina literally rocked the competition, swimming to a mix of Michael Jackson hits and decked out in- get this- glittery MJ swimsuits.

Their silver and black maillots were splashed with an old-school image of the King of Pop in his signature hat and hair tendrils and covered in sparkly embellishments. And considering the girls kicked things off swimming to his 1996 single "They Don't Care About Us," we couldn't have come up with a better style inspiration ourselves. Obviously the fashion formula is working-Romashina and Ishchenko dominated the others and won the technical round this weekend. Ok, the big win was probably due to their impeccable coordination rather than their costumes...but a little Michael Jackson magic couldn't hurt, either.
