As fashion's newest muse, Lana del Rey already has bragging rights to a namesake Mulberry bag, an amazing Met Gala outfit (yeah, we're still obsessed...), AND a major modeling contract. Clearly that's not enough for the New York singer, because she's just scored the cover of VOGUE Japan, officially taking her covetable style cred to the next level. She posted two photos of the spread to Twitter on May 28, tweeting "beautiful" to the magazine and to Cartier, who provided much of the jewelry for the shoot. Photographed by Sean & Seng, the ultra-glam feature showcases del Rey sprawled out sporting her signature pointy nails, nude lips and swoopy cat-eye liner, and dripping in statement jewelry.

Is it just us, or does the musician's '60s-inspired bouffant here remind you of that high-raise hair she rocked on the cover of International Interview several months back? Let's be real: she might've been billed as the "Gangster Nancy Sinatra" way back when she was just starting out, but if you ask us, Lana's been giving us more of a Brigitte Bardot vibe these days. Clearly we're not the only ones loving it, since Lana herself wore a similar hairdo this week at a performance in Los Angeles. We spotted the Rapunzel-style locks thanks to actress (and Lana bff) Jaime King's Instagram, and we've got a feeling it's not the last time we'll see the look.

Now that she's already scored pages in both VOGUE U.K. and VOGUE Japan, does this mean a U.S. feature is just around the corner? Until then, let us know what you think of her new photoshoot in the comments!
