A good day is a Tom Felton day. The dude emanates SUNSHINE. I know that seems weird considering his was a total mini-villain in the Harry Potter movies, but whether he’s caught sporting a baby bun on the beach or just chillin’ in a tan suit jacket on the cover of a magazine, we must indulge in his liquid vitamin D gaze any time his visage emanates from our screen. Case in point: The dude recently attended the premiere of the movie Salmon Fishing in the Yemen, and we were BLINDEDSIDED by not only the intensity of his baby blue peepers, but his ensemble, too—namely his mega scoopneck tee. You guys, did T-Felts just make the scoopneck the new deep V?

Long considered the T-shirt of choice among Brooklyn-area hipsters, the deep V-neck has inspired fandom and derision both, but has ultimately found its way onto many a man-chest from coast to coast. The look was even showcased on a SNL Digital Short. But the look seems very 2010 to us. Thus, could Tom Felton’s choice to wear a scoopneck herald a new chest-baring T-shirt trend? Let’s take a look at this outfit. The shirt is black and gray and features photos of a rose, a random person, and someone singing something. The cotton appears soft and supple, and we like the look of it with the casual black trousers rolled at the ankle plus the patent oxfords. But this neckline…doesn’t it look like someone cut this into a scoopneck? It looks a little stylist-made to us, but who cares, Feltz can pull it off. And that’s not just the hypnotic baby blue-eyed, pearly white spell he has us under. We think there’s actually something to this…
